MODIFIED RUBBER INSERT DESIGN
The Rayth features a modified arm design(exclusive to the Rayth) with a redesigned rubber contact patch that does not wrap around the arm tip. This removes soft rubber from wear areas to both increase arm durability and prevent hair snags. In addition these inserts are raised out of the arm 0.5mm to increase grip.
Heat Wave rubber touch points are made from extremely resilient, sustainable, and safe for the skin Hytrel®(TPC-ET thermoplastic elastomer).
180° RUBBER NOSE
The Rayth encompasses the nose with a full 180-degree wrap-around Hytrel® pad with large contact pads for increased surface area, giving the Rayth maximum grip on the face. Nose pieces are permanently glued in place for added durability.

"Frame is too small regardless of head size. Outdoor work requires large frames no matter what you do. Nose guard is great. The new side shield design is innovative and limits bending, however the translucent material makes the shields almost pointless as the light refracts into the frame even with headwear. The previous larger Z87 design with completely opaque shields excels this version."
